Official forms
Official tax and company forms, explained
Each guide covers one official form: who has to file it, what you need before you start, how and when to send it, and the mistakes official guidance warns about. The button on every page opens the current form on GOV.UK, Companies House or Revenue Scotland. Countify doesn't host copies, because official forms are revised often and an old version can be rejected. Forms are grouped by the tax or body they belong to; use the search box to jump straight to a form code.
