Pricing questions

Prices vary with scope and the state of your records. Your fixed fee is agreed in writing before any work starts. The starting figures are for straightforward cases with records in reasonable order; multiple income sources, rental property, employees or VAT registration add work and are priced in before you sign.

The monthly figures shown are before VAT. Your written proposal states the exact amount you will pay each month.

Only if the scope changes — for example you register for VAT or take on staff — and any change is agreed with you in writing first. There are no surprise invoices.

No. We handle the switch, including the professional clearance letter to your previous accountant. If your first year needs opening figures rebuilt, that is quoted openly upfront.

Fees incurred wholly and exclusively for the business are generally an allowable business expense. Fees for purely personal matters are not deductible against business profits.
